Let's Say Some Thank Yous and Regroup
The healthcare win was resounding—three separate attempts by a Republican Congress to strike down the principal tenets of the Affordable Care Act in a single week failed.
There are plenty of signs that the Republican administration will continue its stubbornly partisan trajectory to still try to sink a policy they don't get any credit for. More on that later.
For now, let us thank the people who particularly stuck their necks out. While the healthcare win was many people (you, Democratic Senators, John McCain) we want to particularly point out Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins, who took considerable risk and are getting considerable flack in the Twitterverse, from major media outlets, even from elected officials for doing right by Americans.
Let's add our voices to the online tide of commentary and thank them for their service to our country.

I want to thank the Senator for adhering to her principles in the healthcare vote and defending the ACA. Millions of Americans depend on this policy and I am grateful to her dedication in improving the standards of healthcare rather than taking a wrecking ball to them in the name of party politics. Please pass on my appreciation.
